In accordance with related regulations of Administrative License Law, Measures for Administration of Processed Oil Market (Announcement No.23, 2006) and Measures for Administration of Crude Oil Market (Announcement No.24, 2006), Ministry of Commerce decides to grant PetroChina, Sinopec, CNOOC Refinery, Sinochem International Oil Corporation and China Arts Huahai Import & Export Co. Ltd. operation qualifications of crude oil sales; grant PetroChina and Sinopec crude oil storage operation qualifications; grant China Arts Huahai Import & Export Co. Ltd., Liaoning Fangyuan National Standard Sample Oil Co. Ltd., Dongming Distillated Oil Fuel and Chemical Co. Ltd, Xinjiang Zetian Petro Chemical Co. Ltd, Maoning Gang’an Petro Chemical Co. Ltd, and Ningxia Baoneng Industry Co. Ltd processed oil wholesale qualifications; grant Maoning Gang’an Petro Chemical Co. Ltd, Jiedong Tonghui Fuel and Chemical Co.Ltd, Xinjian Distillated Oil Chemical Group Co. Ltd and Oil Fuel Co. Ltd of Urumqi County and Xinjiang Zetian Petro Chemical Co. Ltd processed oil storage qualifications. The Heshuo county oil company, Luntai county oil company, Ruoqiang county oil company, Duzishan Petro and Chemical Products Development Corporation of PetroChina Xinjiang Branch shall be disqualified from processed oil wholesale operations.
