People’s governments in all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities, ministries and commissions and departments direct under the administration of the State Council: For purpose of promoting the sound development of the real estate market, here put forward the following opinions on regulating the market access and administration of foreign investment in real estate: 1. Regulating the market access of foreign investment in real estate. 2. Enhancing administration on real estate development operation of foreign funded enterprises. 3. Strictly supervising house purchasing of foreign institutes and individuals. 4. Further intensifying and carrying out responsibilities of supervision.
