| The Commercial Offices (Bureaus) in all the provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities and separately listed cities, State Administration of Taxation, Financial Bureau of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps:
With the approval of State Council, Ministry of Finance, State Administration of Taxation decided to adjust the export rebate rates of the following products as of May 1, 2005. Matters of concern are listed as follows: I. Export rebate rates of the following products have been decreased to 8%: coal, wolfram, tin, zinc, antimony and products (see Appendix 1 for details). II. Export rebate rates of the following products have been cancelled: rare-earth metal、rare-earth oxide、rare-earth salts，silicon metal，molybdenum ore and its concentrate，light sintered magnesium，fluorspar、talc、Carborundum，wood particles、wood powder、wood chips (see Appendix 2 for details). The specific implementation time shall be subject to “Export Date” on Export Goods Customs Declaration.
