  On Sept. 11, Vice Minister of Commerce Yu Guangzhou and Ivan Materov, Deputy Minister of Industry and Energy of the Russian Federation, co-chaired the 5th Session of China-Russia Permanent Working Group on Forest Resources Exploitation and Utilization in Moscow. The Meeting reviewed the development situation of China-Russia cooperation on forest resources exploitation and utilization and the work of Chinese and Russian Party since the last session, and put forward the task in the next step.
