 The 5th Session of the Standing Working Group on Sino-Russia Border Trade and Economic Cooperation was held in Beijing on Sept. 5. Mr. Yu Guangzhou, Head for the Chinese Party and Vice Minister of Commerce, and Mr. Pohomarev, Head for Russian Party and Vice Minister of Regional Development, co-chaired the Meeting. About 80 representatives from departments of trade and economy, foreign affairs, transportation, bank, Customs, quality inspection and tourism in China and Russian, governments and enterprises in regions around the two countries attended the Meeting.
