Leading group of fight against IPR infringement and counterfeit and shoddy goods printed and distributed, in recent days, Work Planning of National Cracking down on IPR Infringement and Counterfeit and Shoddy Goods in 2nd quarter of 2012.

According to the planning, our key points in 2nd quarter are the implementation of the whole year’s tasks, stressing on features at different phases and in different seasons, refining work measures, making clear division of labor and finding leading units or units in charge. Main contents are divided into four aspects:

One, deploy and launch the campaign in line with key points of work, cracking down seriously on illegal and criminal actions and all process of illegal conducts in terms of supplying and marketing industrial chain, timely approving arrest, suing and trying criminal cases in accordance with laws; two, speed up the formulation or revision of laws and regulations as well as department rules, supervising and urging localities to build evaluation system step by step; three, accelerate enforcement cooperation and construction of cohesive devices for laws, enhancing honesty and responsibilities of enterprises, establishing credit files, carrying out classified supervision and administration; four, strengthen publicity and education, motivating and encouraging various social forces to fight against IPR infringement and counterfeit and shoddy goods.
