The Achievement Exhibition of the Special Campaign against IPR Infringement and Counterfeiting opened in Beijing on July 11, Minister of Commerce Chen Deming delivered a speech.

Chen Deming pointed out that since the special campaign against IPR Infringement and counterfeiting was carried out in the whole country from October 2010 in accordance with the deployment of the State Council, a series of major cases raising concern both nationally and internationally have been investigated, and a batch of illegal enterprises were exposed, which effectively restrained IP infringements and counterfeiting. All the achievements obtained in the special campaign will be displayed at the online show, showing the determination of the Chinese government to protect IPR and to crack down manufacture and distribution of fake and shoddy products. The online exhibition comprehensively displayed various achievements made in the special campaign and showed Chinese government's determination in combating counterfeits.
