MOFCOM to Launch an Anti-dumping Investigation into Distiller’s Dried Grains with or without Solubles Imported from U.S.


The Ministry of Commerce (MOFCOM) released its No.99 Announcement on December 28, 2010, deciding to launch an anti-dumping investigation into distiller’s dried grains with or without solubles imported from the United States.

According to the Anti-Dumping Regulations of the People's Republic of China, MOFCOM will investigate into the existence and margin of the dumping for such imports from the U.S. and its damage to Chinese Mainland’s industry of distiller’s dried grains with or without solubles.

Tariff No. of distiller’s dried grains with or without solubles in this investigation is 23033000 under the Import and Export Tariff of the People's Republic of China.
