| Fuzhou Shall Invest over 2 billion Yuan to Build the Cross-Strait International Convention and Exhibition Center |

Located in Xiayang Village, Cangshanchengmen Town, Fuzhou City, the construction of Fuzhou Cross-Strait International Convention and Exhibition Center is scheduled to start on August 10 and complete in 2010. According to a person who is in charge of this project, the said Convention and Exhibition Center shall cover an area of over 2,000 mu (approx. 1,333,333 square meters)with the total investment of over 2 billion yuan and the construction scale of about 380,000 square meters, and a great amount of reinforced concrete and steel structure shall be used in the project. It will be built as the world’s first-class and Asia’s second largest new convention and exhibition center. |
