1, Contractual projects In the first 4 months of 2007, turnover of China’s contractual project overseas amounted to 10 billion USD, up by 29.2% year-on-year. The value of newly signed contracts reached 18.97 billion USD, up by 49.6%. By the end of April 2007, accumulated turnover of China's contractual projects overseas amounted to 175.8billion USD, with 270.9 billion USD contract value. 2, Labor service In the first 4 months of 2007, turnover of China’s labor service overseas amounted to 1.84 billion USD, up by 34.3% year-on-year. The value of newly signed contracts reached 1.78 billion USD with a year-on-year increase of 0.6%. Overseas labors amounted to 106.2 thousand, 2 thousands less than that in the same period of 2006 and 702 thousand in total by the end of April, 102 thousand more than that in the same period of previous year. By the end of April 2007, accumulated turnover of China’s labor service overseas amounted to 42.84 billion USD, with 47.38 billion USD contract value. 39.26 thousands of labors send overseas. 3, Design and consultation service In the first 4 months of 2007, turnover of China’s design and consultation service overseas amounted to 50.5 million USD, down by 15.7%, and the value of newly signed contracts reached 53.85 million USD, down by 38.7% year-on-year. By the end of April 2007, accumulated turnover of design and consultation service overseas amounted to 1.78 billion USD, and value of newly signed contracts reached 2.8 billion USD.
