MOFCOM released Announcement No. 30, 2007 on final determination on anti-dumping investigation of imported Electrolytic Capacitor Paper originated from Japan on April 17, 2007, which confirmed the existence of such dumping and injury Chinese industry suffered from it. According to the determination, starting from April 18, 2007, importers of the investigated product should pay anti-dumping duty to China’s customs according to dumping of each enterprise. The tariff No. of such product is 48059110 in China’s customs import and export tariff. The anti-dumping investigation of such product is filed on April 18, 2007. According to preliminary investigation, MOFCOM released the preliminary determination on Oct. 16, 2006 and determined to undertake temporary anti-dumping measures to it. MOFCOM continued to investigate the dumping and injury as well as the causality between them. According to further investigation, MOFCOM finally determined the existence of dumping and material injury to Chinese industry.
