| MOFCOM Releases Foreign Market Access Report 2007 |

In accordance with relevant provisions of the Foreign Trade Law and the Regulations on Administration of Import and Export of Goods, MOFCOM released the Foreign Market Access Report 2007 on April 12, 2007. In order to help China's enterprises and intermediate organizations to better understand the development on trade and investment policy and system of China’s main trading partner, to objectively recognize and grasp international market environment and to more vigorously take part in the international competition, starting from 2003, MOFCOM initiated to release the Foreign Market Access Report annually. The report of 2007 was the 5th one, out of which making a briefing on trade and investment environment of 25 China's main trading partners. China's export value to these 25 partners in 2006 accounted for 68.3% of the total value. Henceforth, MOFCOM will continue to release the Report annually. The injustice and unreasonable treatment that China's enterprises encountered in the overseas market are warmly welcomed to be turned to MOFCOM.
