“It is not easy for Chinese governments to react for rescue in such a short time. That is great!” Ed Damazin Marquis, a French diplomacy analyst and propagator of Manifesto of the Olympics, who was attending the international form of Manifesto of the Olympics held in Beijing, said to reporters.

Ed Damazin Marquis addressed: That Chinese governments held national silent mourning for quake-hit victims embodied the caring for the people in disaster-hit areas. He himself went through the earthquake and could feel the painful feelings of Chinese people. Disasters could not be expected.
