| Doosan Group in South Korean Donated 100 Excavators to Disaster Relief |

Doosan Group in South Korean is actively providing relief to disaster areas of Wenchuan County in Sichuan Province. In view of the equipment of machinery outside Sichuan being unable to enter the disaster site, as early as on May 13, Doosan Infracore （China）Co., Ltd. organized four agents in Sichuan Province to form a “rescue team of disaster relief excavators” to enter the relief site in the first time. Doosan Group decided to donate 100 excavators to support disaster relief, the amount of which totaled in RMB4m. Up to now, 27 Doosan excavators have been used in the disaster areas, and other equipments are ready to work at any time. Doosan Group also donated RMB6m through Yantai Civil Affairs Bureau in Shandong Province to support the earthquake relief, with another RMB177, 800 donated by employees and RMB4m equipments. In addition, the internal staff of Doosan (China) Investment Co., Ltd., Doosan Infracore (China) Co., Ltd., Doosan infracore machine tools Yantai Co., Ltd., and Doosan (China) Financial Leasing Co., Ltd., quickly organized voluntary blood donation on hearing that the people in the disaster areas were in urgent need of blood plasma. |
