| ADB Invested USD3m to Support Development of Chinese Small and Medium Sized Enterprises |

As sourced from Asian Development Bank (ADB), ADB will provide USD3m equity investment to Credit Orienwise Group Ltd. (COG). This company is especially providing loan guarantee for small and medium sized enterprises. Melissa Bal－inghasay-Paterno, the investment expert of business division of private running department of ADB, indicated: “The small and medium sized enterprises are playing a significant role in Chinese economy and the key booster of employment and economic growth and development.” As reported, the new investment of USD3m from ADB is the second investment after the equity investment of USD10m in COG in April, 2005. Citibank Global Investment Co. and Carlyle Group are the other two investors of COG. |
