Chinese Foreign Minister Li Zhaoxing will pay official visits to Benin, Equatorial Guinea, Guinea Bissau, Chad, the Central African Republic, Eritrea and Botswana from Dec. 31 to January 7 of 2007. Li will visit the seven nations at the invitation of Mariam Aladji Boni Diallo, minister of foreign affairs of Benin, Pastor Micha Ondo Bile, minister of foreign affairs, international cooperation, French affairs of the Republic of Equatorial Guinea, Antonio Issac Monteiro, minister of foreign affairs, cooperation and overseas of Guinea Bissau, Ahmad Allam-Mi, minister of foreign affairs, African integration, international cooperation of Chad, Come Zoumara, minister of foreign affairs, regional integration and French affairs of the Central African Republic, the government of Eritrea, and Mompati Merafhe, minister of foreign affairs and international cooperation of the Republic of Botswana.
