| ZTE to Set up R&D Training Center in France |

Vienne of France and ZTE sponsored signing ceremony of "Research and Development Training Center of ZTE in Europe" in Shenzhen Wuzhou Guest House, ZTE would set up training center for West Europe and Africa to promote development of ZTE in the two regions. Since ZTE entered into French market, it made great efforts for exchange and cooperation of China-France telecommunication. The setup of this training center would promote the strategy of localization of ZTE to expand in African market, especially French-speaking countries.
