Latest statistics of Fuzhou municipal statistics bureau indicated that in January through July, Per Capita Annual Living Expenditure of Urban Residents in Fuzhou was RMB4537, up by 10.3%. Price at local market rose steadily and consumer price was up by 5.0%. Among all consumption in the first 7 months, consumption in automobile and housing increased rapidly and sales of automobile of enterprises above designed size amounted to RMB2.259 billion, up by 46%; Sales of commercial residential building were RMB3.838 billion, up by 32.3%.
