China's MA60 aircrafts enter international market

Two MA60 (Modem Ark 60) aircrafts were handed over to the Zimbabwean Airways at a ceremony held at the Xi'an Aircraft Industry (group) Company Limited by the China Aviation Industry Corp I April 23. At the ceremony Fiji signed a contract to purchase one MA60 aircraft with the China Aviation Industry Corp I. Eritrea and Congo also signed memos for purchase of three MA60 aircrafts respectively.

This is the first time that MA60 aircraft have entered the international market. Prior to that the Xi'an Aircraft Industry(group) Company Limited had sold eight Yun7 aircrafts to foreign buyers. More than 1,000 China-made airliners and cargo aircrafts have entered the international market so far, according to Fu Shula, general manger of the China National Aero-Technology Import & Export Corporation.
