Under-Secretary of State of the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Finland Pekka Huhtaniemi visited Beijing to attend the 18th session of China-Finland Joint Committee on Trade and Economy on July 15. Vice Minister of Ministry of Commerce of China Yu Guangzhou met Mr. Huhtaniemi and the delegation. They reviewed the economic and trade co operations between the two countries since the 17th session held last year, and exchanged views on further developing the co operations in fields of environmental protection, Hi-tech, tourism, SME, nonferrous metal, forest industry and bidirectional investment. The delegation consisted of officials from the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Finland and representatives from various Finnish enterprises including Nokia, Stora Enso, Pöyry Group, Wärtsilä, Finnair, Rettig Varme, Outotec and Bank of Finland etc. |
